Australian International Airshow (AVALON 2025)
The Australian International Airshow will be held at Avalon Airport, from Tuesday 25 – Sunday 30 March 2025.
AVALON is a key opportunity for Australian, Victorian and international industry, academia and government to:
- meet & create investment opportunities
- showcase sovereign defence capability
- demonstrate capability to join domestic and international supply chains.
Exhibit at AVALON 2025 with the Victorian Government
The Victorian Government Exhibition Pavilion (Pavilion) will offer one of the largest, most prominent, high profile exhibition spaces for Victorian industry to showcase their capability to key decision makers at AVALON 2025.
If you are interested in exhibiting on the Pavilion at AVALON 2025, please ensure you complete the Expression of Interest (EoI) form linked below.

Note: this link will take you to the Business Victoria Grants Portal, where you will be promoted to set up an account (or sign into an existing account). Please make sure once you are signed in that you save a draft of the application, so you can return to it if needed.
Application completion time is approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
Applications close 5:00pm Monday 18 November 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.
If you have any issues with completing the EoI, or would like further information, please contact megan.brogan@ecodev.vic.gov.au prior to the close of the EoI process. Applicants will be advised of their outcome by 29 November 2024 at the latest.
