Australian International Airshow (AVALON 2025)
The 2025 Australian International Airshow was held at Avalon Airport, from Tuesday 25 – Sunday 30 March.
Being the sixteenth airshow and aerospace industry exposition staged at Avalon Airport, AVALON 2025 was an exciting and dynamic showcase of technology, research, and industry collaboration.
With the trade days drawing drew a record-breaking crowds, AVALON 2025 saw:
- Over 60,000 attendances across the dedicated Trade Day sessions
- 200,000+ attendances over the six days of the event
- 7,000+ Careers Days students in attendance
- 350 aircraft displayed in the air or on the ground
- 902 participating exhibitor organisations from 28 nations
- 291 Delegations from 43 nations, including 20 Chiefs of Air Force or Counterparts, 18 representatives and 7 US dignitaries.
The Victorian Government Pavilion hosted 37 Victorian defence and aerospace industry businesses on exhibition pods, with an additional 30 companies supported as roving exhibitors. This enabled critical engagement for Victorian SMEs with key government and defence decision makers, industry, and representatives from foreign militaries.
